A: Absolutely Not. An illegal pyramid scheme is defined as 'A business that involves the exchange of money primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme'. The Team Building Project is simply a project designed to help you pre-position yourself for success. It's free to join and no monies are exchanged.

Q: Are there any hidden charges or fees?

A: Absolutely Not. The primary reason I developed the Team Building Project was to do away with the financial hurdles people face when building their businesses. Having wrote the computer programs that run the Team Building Project and, in addition, owning my own servers, I have full control over the cost.

The Team Building Concept essentially turns the traditional network marketing paradigm upside down. Build your team first, with no fees, no hyped up meetings or conference calls, and pre-position yourself for profitability on the very first day we select (as a team) and join the very best business opportunity available.

Individuals living in countries not listed above that visit the Team Building Project website using your unique referral link (http://www.teambuildingproject.com/?ref_by=Your_Id) will have the option of adding their contact information to our international expansion database.

By adding their contact information to the international expansion database, they are assured of receiving early notification of any expansion plans into their country. If the Team Building Project is expanded into other countries, any sign ups referred by you will be sponsored by you and placed on your team!

If you have any international partners you've sponsored, your back office will include a link titled 'International Leads' you can use to view and track your international growth potential.

Q: Can I sign up multiple times?

A: No. I am currently limiting sign ups to one per person. While some network marketing opportunities allow for multiple 're-entries' there is no guarantee we will select a company that allows re-entries. If we ultimately select an opportunity that allows for multiple re-entries, then you will have an opportunity to do so after your official sign up with the company.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of people I can sponsor?

Q: I sponsored someone ... why don't they show up in my downline?

A: Most likely they have not yet activated their position by clicking on the activation link provided in their confirmation email. Once they activate their position you will see them in your downline report.

Q: Can I control where people are placed in my downline?

A: No. The Team Building Project utilizes a proprietary custom built database program to make 'intellengent decisions' as to where new people you personally sponsor are placed in your downline. The program is designed to ensure the best balance possible when adding people you personally sponsor to your downline. Of course, as new people who are not personally sponsored by you are added to your downline, the database program makes the same intelligent placement decisions on their sponsors behalf, which will of course effect the balance of your entire downline.

Q:Can a position be moved or a sponsor changed after someone has joined?

A: No. Positions cannot be moved or sponsors changed after signing up. Why? Because several people the upline have already been notified of the new partners placement on their team. This is why TBP partners are cautioned several times to ensure their referrals are using their unique partner referral link.

When someone visits the sign up page, their sponsors name is clearly displayed at the top of the sign up form and they are provided with clear instructions on what to do if they do not recognize the name of the sponsor listed. Also, the person signing up must check a box on the sign up form to acknowledge the sponsor name listed above is in fact correct.

Individuals that deactivate their positions and sign up again are permanently deactivated from the program.

The integrity of Team Building Project will not be undermined by moving partners around after they have signed up.

Q: How long does it take to see results?

A: There is no way to predict how fast or to what extent your team will grow. However, the growth of your downline team will depend upon your efforts and the efforts of individuals in your downline.

Q: How can I contact another Team Building Project partner directly?

A: Your privacy is very important and as such, all partner contact information is kept private an confidential.

You can send a private message to anyone in your downline by simply logging into your back office and clicking on any partners name in your downline report.

If you have more than two (2) personally sponsored partners you will also have the option of sending a message to all of your personally sponsored partners at once.

Q: What if I'm already involved with a business opportunity?

The Team Building Project is not intended to be a replacement to whatever you are currently doing, but rather a new and innovative opportunity that can be pursued IN ADDITION to what you are currently doing.

A: Two criteria must be met that will trigger our business opportunity selection vote.

Q: What happens to the Team Building Project after we select and join an opportunity?

A: The answer to this question is actually three parts.

First:
One of the major advantages of the Team Building Project is that can be used to continue building your team (and income potential), even after we've selected and joined an opportunity!

This gives people that join later in the game an opportunity to pre-build their team as well, thereby pre-positioning themselves for immediate and long-term income once they decide to join our selected opportunity.

Second:
The Team Building Project can/will be used for international expansion. This means you and your entire downline can begin pre-building teams in any country targeted for international expansion.

In fact, we already have an international expansion database in place. This means people you refer to the Team Building Project website with your unique partner link can add their contact information to the international expansion database. This assures they will receive early notification of any expansion plans into their country. More importantly, any international sign ups referred by you will be sponsored by you and placed on your team!

Third:
Perhaps one of the most important aspects of the Team Building Project is that we are truly a team, or better put, a community of people dedicated to helping one and other achieve long-term financial success. As such, if for whatever reason our selected opportunity is not working out as expected (yes, in network marketing things can happen), our Team Building Project remains intact and we can move our entire organization to a different opportunity of our choosing.

Q: What if I'm already a distributor with the company we select?

A: A very small percentage of Team Building Project partners will most likely be affiliated with the company we ultimately select in our vote. This most definitely will factor into negotiations with each of the network marketing companies considered for our final vote.

At this time it is not possible to know what final arrangements will be negotiated for these individuals. However, rest assured that the sheer size of our team will provide ample incentive for companies to accommodate ALL of our Team Building Project members.

Q: Are there any minimal qualifications that must be met before I can join the selected company?

A: The primary goal of the team Building Project is to pre-build your downline organization in advance of signing up and getting started with the selected company. This will help to maximize your immediate and long-term financial success.

The only qualification for joining our selected company is that you are qualified by having sponsored a minimum of two (2) people in the Team Building Project.

This qualification will help to ensure you are maximizing your income potential with a well-balanced downline. In addition, this qualification will help to ensure the immediate and long-term success of our entire Team Building Project team!

Q: After selecting a company, how do I sign up?

A: A special password protected web page will be developed for Team Building Project partners only to sign up. The selected company will have access to our Team Building Project database which will ensure your entire downline team remains intact during sign up.

You will need to provide your Team Building Project username and password to access the sign up web page, and then provide your full contact information to complete the sign up process. Your Team Building Project username and password will ensure you are properly positioned relative to your sponsor and downline team.

The business opportunity we ultimately select most likely will not be available in every country listed above. Therefore, only TBP partners residing in the countries where our selected business opportunity is available will be able to join the opportunity immediately.

Those TBP partners that do not reside in the countries where our selected business opportunity is available will be able to join once the opportunity is available in their country. In the meantime, ALL TBP partners can continue using the Team Building Project to pre-build in any country where the opportunity is not available.

Once our selected business opportunity is available in new countries, TBP partners in those new countries can join and all direct sponsoring relationships will be maintained. So what exatly does this mean? If you directly sponsor someone in a country not listed above, you will remain their direct sponsor once the opportunity is available in their country. The same is true for anyone they've personally sponsored.

Q: Do I have to sign up immediately?

A: No. You can sign up and get started any time after the company selection is made. I will provide the selected company with daily updates of the Team Building Project database, which will ensure your complete downline is intact whenever you decide to join and get started.

Q: How much will it cost to sign up with our selected opportunity?

A: The answer to that question cannot be known until I have finalized negotiations with our selected company. Suffice it to say that my goal is to present opportunities with reasonable entry fees (perhaps less than $250), to minimize any financial barrier in getting started.

Remember, the whole point of the Team Building Project is to pre-position you for success with whatever opportunity we select. Therefore, just imagine if on the very first day you sign up with our selected opportunity, you already have a downline in excess of 200 partners (with just 10 direct sponsors). Your upfront sponsoring bonuses alone will most likely cover any start up fees, not to mention the ongoing residual income.

Q: How will I receive company and product training?

A: To assist you in getting started, a series of live training conference calls will be scheduled. These focus of these conference calls will include (but not be limited to):
