The Process

Become a Team Building Project partner by simply providing your name and e-mail address and you're off and running! As a Team Building Project partner you are part of a team of individuals committed to pre-positioning themselves for Network Marketing success.

As a Team Building Project partner you receive:

• Real-time e-mail notification when new partners join your team.

Step 2: Begin Building Your Business (team)

As a Team Building Project partner you have full access via your back office to effective Team Building Strategies. These proven strategies include: Creating and deploying effective e-mail campaigns. Step-by-step instructions on how to use social media sites (e.g. Facebook) to build your team.

Step 3: Select Business Opportunity

Once we achieve the following goals we will select (as a team) which business opportunity to join.

1. A minimum of 10,000 Team Building partners.
2. A minimum of 3,000 Team Building Project partners must be qualified.

Once the above goals are met:

• Top 5 network marketing companies presented for team vote. (Selection Criteria)
• Each qualified Team Building Project partner will have an opportunity to vote.
• The weight of your vote will depend on the number of people you personally sponsor.

For example; if you personally sponsor 8 new members, your vote will be worth 9 points (one point for you and one for each person you personally sponsor). This will ensure that Team Building Project partners that have contributed the most have a greater say in the business opportunity selection.

Step 4: Join Selected Opportunity

• Log in to selected company sign up page developed exclusively for Team Building Project partners.
• Use your Team Building Project username and password to login and sign up.

Your Team Building Project username and password will ensure you are properly positioned relative to your sponsor and your entire downline team.

You will of course be able to confirm your team is intact during the business opportunity sign up phase by logging into your new distributor page and comparing the downline names listed to your Team Building Project downline report.

Training

To assist you in getting started, a series of live training conference calls will be scheduled. These focus of these conference calls will include (but not be limited to):

• An overview of the industry and relative advantages of the company's products or services.
• A clear and concise presentation of the compensation plan.
• How to use the online training and support resources.
• How to effectively communicate with distributor services.

Congratulations! You now have a 'start-up' business and are hitting the ground running. With your start-up team in place and proper training you are fully prepared to begin the task of building your business. The team building techniques you will use moving forward are some of the proven methods used in network marketing today.
