A: Many people visit the Team Building Project web site. and are confused because they do not find products, services or even a compensation plan. It is important that you understand the TBP is about Pre-Positioning yourself to earn immediate and long-term residual income. No money will be earned until you SELECT and JOIN one or our well researched and established business opportunity. A unique feature about the TBP is that you can continue using the TBP system to build your downline even after you select and join your first business opportunity. This will provide a steady source of new people that will eventually join you in the selected business opportunity, which means even more residual income for YOU. In the past, team building opportunities failed because they promoted too many of business opportunities to their members. They even promoted multiple business opportunities within the same market vertical, resulting in product and service overlaps. This was a formula that guaranteed failure! In addition, our selected business opportunities will focus on generating long-term residual income from product or service sales volume as opposed to short-term distributor sign-up bonuses. A: You can access the Business Opportunity section of your back office to select and join a business oppornity. Q: How much will it cost to sign up with our selected opportunities? A: The answer to that question cannot be known until I have finalized negotiations with our selected companies. Suffice it to say that my goal is to present opportunities with reasonable entry fees to minimize the financial barrier in getting started. Remember, the whole point of the Team Building Project is to pre-position you for success with whatever opportunity you select. Therefore, just imagine if on the very first day you sign up with your selected opportunity, you already have a downline in excess of 500 members. Your upfront sponsoring bonuses alone will most likely cover any start up fees, not to mention the ongoing residual income. Q: How will I receive company and product training? Q: What happens if one of the business opportunity partners goes out of business? A: One of the most important aspects of the Team Building Project is that we are truly a team, or better put, a community of people dedicated to helping one and other achieve long-term financial success. As such, if for whatever reason our selected opportunity is not working out as expected (yes, in network marketing things can happen), our Team Building Project remains completely intact and we can move our entire organization to a different opportunity of our choosing. Q: What if I'm already a distributor with the company we select? A: A very small percentage of Team Building Project members will most likely be affiliated with the company we ultimately select in our vote. This most definitely will factor into negotiations with each of the network marketing companies considered for our final vote. At this time it is not possible to know what final arrangements will be negotiated for these individuals. However, rest assured that the sheer size of our team will provide ample incentive for companies to accommodate ALL of our Team Building Project members. Q: Can I continue using the Team Building Project after joining a business opportunity? A: Yes! Each and every Team Building Project member can continue using the Team Building Project to promote and build their team. The Back Office - Getting Started Q: Can I sign up multiple times? A: No. Only one registration is allowed per person. Any attempts by an individual to register themselves multiple times will result in immediate and permanent deactivation. Q: How do I retrieve a lost password? A: To retrieve your password use the lost password form. Q: How do I retrieve my messages? A: To retrieve your messages log into your back office and click on the 'Messages' link. Q: I did not receive my account activation code. What do I do?

Q: I sponsored someone ... why don't they show up in my downline? A: Most likely they have not yet activated their position by clicking on the activation link provided in their confirmation e-mail Once they activate their position you will see them in your downline report. Q: Can I control where people are placed in my binary downline? A: No. The Team Building Project utilizes a proprietary custom built database program to make 'intelligent decisions' as to where new people you personally sponsor are placed in your binary downline. The program is designed to ensure the best balance possible when adding people you personally sponsor to your binary downline. Of course, as new people who are not personally sponsored by you are added to your binary downline, the database program makes the same intelligent placement decisions on their sponsors behalf, which will of course effect the balance of your entire binary downline. Q: Can a position be moved or a sponsor changed after someone has joined? A: No. Positions cannot be moved or sponsors changed after signing up. Why? Because several people the upline have already been notified of the new members placement on their team. This is why Team Building Project members are cautioned several times to ensure their referrals are using their unique member referral link. When someone visits the sign up page, their sponsors name is clearly displayed at the top of the sign up form and they are provided with clear instructions on what to do if they do not recognize the name of the sponsor listed. Also, the person signing up must check a box on the sign up form to acknowledge the sponsor name listed above is in fact correct. Individuals that deactivate their positions and sign up again are permanently deactivated from the program. The integrity of Team Building Project will not be undermined by moving members around after they have signed up. Q: How can I contact another Team Building Project member directly? A: Your privacy is very important and as such, all member contact information is kept private an confidential. Once you have qualified your position you can send a private message to anyone in your downline by simply logging into your back office and clicking on any members name in your downline report. Q: Can I use the Back Office to promote my business opportunity? A: Absolutely not. The Team Building Project does not allow members to promote or recruit for other business opportunities. Partners engaging in this type of activity will be deactivated.Q: How do I change my member profile information? A: Log into your back office and click on the "Update My Profile" link.
