There is a widely held belief in network marketing that successful people are great recruiting prospects. Successful people include business owners, physicians, attorneys, sales professionals, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, financial planners, insurance professionals, or anyone who is earning a six-figure income in their field. There is an assumption that their success can easily be duplicated in network marketing. This type of recruiting is also referred to as; recruiting up.
You should not pre-judge anyone, because anyone can succeed in network marketing. But let's face it, some people have larger circles of influence, more resources, and greater potential than others, and it makes good business sense to focus on those who have already achieved a level of success in business or in their communities.
Why Recruit Successful People?
They are ambitious. They see themselves as capable of being the best. They believe in their ability to succeed at whatever they decide to pursue.
They are courageous. Successful people work to confront and overcome the fears that hold most people back. The two biggest enemies of success are fear and doubt.
