Successful network marketers share many of the same characteristics as successful people in other lines of business. However, there are a few characteristics that are extremely important for building a thriving network marketing business.
Consistently making time for everyone you sponsor, as well other members of your downline team is very important. Reliable support has a direct impact on the activity and retention of your team members, and the absence of it can cause the slow death of your organization. Being available does not require providing around the clock access to everyone that reaches out to you for help however, it does require being available when you can, and scheduling an alternative time to connect when you are not available.
Empathy is the ability to understand and share feelings with others. This is an important characteristic, especially when training and mentoring network marketers.
